About the Growth Marketing team
The Growth Marketing Team handles the entire customer lifecycle (from Acquisition to Revenue, all the way to Activation and Retention), and uses those insights to create compounding returns that drive more growth. You'll be joining the Growth Marketing team, which consists of a Team Lead and a Content Manager, and soon a Senior Product Marketing Manager and a Senior Content Marketer.
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to consolidate our actions worldwide and boost our acquisition and revenue, by generating traffic, demand, and qualified lead to our business.
With your strong experience in B2B, you will become a key member of the growth marketing team and you’ll be defining roadmaps to scale our acquisition levers and demand generation strategy. You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth Marketing on forecasting and analyzing the impact of your actions, and the Content Marketing team on the marketing calendar and content strategy.
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll have to:
- Be the lead on our demand generation strategy. Generate free trials, onboarding success, and optimize top-of-the-funnel conversion rates.
- Forecast, analyze, and report on the impact of demand campaigns on the sales pipeline.
- Scale our levers to increase the number of signups, create a pipeline of leads for the sales team, and nurture existing opportunities.
- Understand our funnel and customer journey, identify gaps and opportunities to increase conversion through automation and lever optimization.
- Work with the content marketing team to conceive and develop new content to boost SEO, nurture leads and engage existing users.
- Manage objectives and campaign budget.
You’re a great fit if:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You’re a good communicator and are able to adapt to the needs of different stakeholders.
- You have strong knowledge of SEA, SEO, and Affiliation.
- 3+ years experience in Marketing within the B2B SaaS industry, with technical and analytical skills, familiarity with A/B testing and growth hacking techniques.
- You’re rigorous and organized, able to work on several different projects in parallel in complete autonomy.
- You’ve got a strong entrepreneurial spirit: you are not afraid to come up with ideas even if it means making mistakes. We learn through testing!
- You have experience in a variety of marketing skills:
- Management of acquisition campaigns.
- Familiarity with the A/B Testing methodology.
- Good knowledge of SEO.
- Familiar with marketing and sales automation tools (Hubspot, Sendinblue / Mailchimp, Integromat / Zapier), and analytics (Google Analytics, Amplitude / Indicative, etc.).
- Fluency in HTML / CSS will also be a real plus for this role.
