Job Description

At Phantombuster we’re developing our market through the Growth Marketing perspective. Meaning we're data-driven pros who work tirelessly to find innovative ways to drive user acquisition, make their journey impactful, retain them, and ultimately turn them into brand ambassadors.

The Growth Marketing Team is looking at the entire customer lifecycle (from Acquisition, to Revenue, all through Activation and Retention) and using those insights to create compounding returns that drive more growth.

As part of our efforts, the content is one of our main priorities. From consolidating to reprocessing content we’ve been doing for 2 years, then creating new ones, the Content Marketer will be part of the Growth Marketing Team with this one goal: generate Growth through highly qualitative and actionable content.

Mission

We’re looking for an English speaking Content Marketer with a strong creative and analytical mindset to help us reach our ambitious target. Our audience being mainly in the US, we are looking for a US native or bilingual speaker, who’s very familiar with the US tech culture to:

  • Manage the content created for any Growth Marketing purpose: blog articles, newsletters, videos, email sequences, marketing pages and sales decks.

  • Create and develop a strong content roadmap to organize the production of any piece of content.

  • Strengthen our Brand positioning, tone of voice, and value proposition, by producing or proofreading all world-facing materials and ensure all team members convey the same story talking about Phantombuster.

  • Explore and identify relevant channels to broadcast content on.

  • Test and learn continuously for all of the above, using a data driven and rational approach: You’ll monitor all the KPIs you own and run experiments. You should then be able to take the appropriate action to adapt your strategy accordingly.

Preferred Experience

You’re a great fit if:

  • English is your native language, and you’re very familiar with the US culture.

  • You’ve been in charge of Content / Brand Marketing in a fast-growing company, preferably in the B2B Tech sector.

  • You love writing and you’re able to do the copywriting of any piece of content.

  • You have deep empathy for users and are able to adapt to how you communicate to best reach and engage your audience.

  • You are keen to learn about how things work and are able to explain technical concepts in ways that everyday people can understand.

  • You’re creative, and love to innovate to make the most qualitative content.

  • You’re organized and data-driven.

  • Video making experience is a big plus.

Recruitment Process

  • First you will meet with Guillaume our CEO.
  • Then have a call with Naïlé, the Growth Marketing Manager.
  • The third step consists of a case study with a debriefing interview.
  • The final step will be an introduction meeting with other members of the team.
  • These steps can be divided across several days.
  • We guarantee you a quick answer, whether it is negative or positive.
